Although my booking was confirmed, once I arrived, host informed me tha he extended previous guest and room is not available anymore. He claimed that i havent replied to his reminders which btw been sent the same day as his first e-mail. My reply also came the same day but later. Host hasnt informed me that booking has been canceled which resulted me loosing money for a cab to get there and further walk to find alternative place to stay, carying bags in 30°+ heat. At the end of my stay in lobby i saw cockroaches. Host blamed me for entire situation even though my reply came the day before my arival. He offered me an alternative room which administration of the building had no clue about.

I dont recommend this place better to find another place to stay.
the location and nice staff
the host of the unit that we stay he’s asking for another pay for the staff to clean that unit, and i know that what in booking.com indecated in the app is that we need to pay but the host of the unit asking for another pay aside from the taxes. very disappointed.
